We will gladly exchange or credit you for new merchandise returned to us accompanied by a receipt, the tags and original packaging (boot boxes, hat boxes etc.) Worn Merchandise that becomes defective will be replaced or credited. Due to the Manifactures guarantie services. No credit will be given for worn out or abused merchandise.

How are orders shipped?
All orders will be shipped by UPS. If you would like priority shipping you can request several different levels of shipping while you are in the shopping cart screen. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped the day after we receive them. If your order is being shipped from the factory or backordered you will receive email confirmation of the approximate delivery date the following day.
