White Peony (Paenoia lactiflora) / Stimulates red blood cell formation.

Rehmannia glutinosa / Commonly used to treate anemia by stimulating red blood cell formation.

Codonopsis pilosule / Traditionally used as a blood tonic.

Polygonum multiflorum / Supports blood formation, used to treat any type of blood deficiency.

Ferrous Sulphate / Stimulate hemoglobin formation, leading to an increase in red blood cell count.
